For the game data part you can eather buy a physical version in your local store, or you can download the game data free online on their homepage https://eu.battle.net/account/download/ With the game data downloaded and instaled, the only thing you need more is to make a payable account, on the site posted above >> battle.net it costs roughly 15 eur per month for the european region.
