Floating/Scrolling Text Mod Tutorial | Forum

After watching this video I got interested in how to change the floating text that shows up above your char (that tells you the dmg and status effects, etc) in my game, so they would look like in the video.
So here's a little guide for those of you who also want to do it.




If you want to change the way the numbers show up just download the attached files and place gamepermanent in your lol cfg folder, which should be located in x:\League of Legends\rads\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.110\deploy\DATA\CFG

And the bitlow file in the fonts folder.
You can easily instal it by going to :Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts
once in the folder just paste the gamepermanent in the folder and you're done.

You can also further edit the color, boldness, etc when you open the gamepermanent cfg file in a text editor such as wordpad or similar and just edit the numers in the category that you want to change.
